I Have Clarity… But Now What?

We had our Transformation Experience on Wednesday, and let me tell you—it was powerful.
But what stayed with me most weren’t just the teaching moments…
It was the questions that came afterward.
Here’s what a few women asked me:
“I know my core values now—but how do I get my family to respect them?”
“What if what I value doesn’t align with what I’ve committed to?”
“How do I not feel guilty for choosing what matters to me instead of what others expect?”
“I feel free… but also scared. Is that normal?”
Each of those questions came from a raw, honest place.
And maybe they echo in your heart too.
Here’s what I told them:
You’re not failing.
You’re awakening.
When you start living from your core instead of your conditioning, things get uncomfortable.
Why? Because alignment costs something.
But misalignment costs more.
Choosing your values might mean hard conversations.
It might mean letting go of things—or people—you once said yes to.
But peace has a price. And it's always worth paying.
One woman said, “I didn’t realize how much I was betraying myself until I heard myself speak yesterday.”
Another shared, “I’ve spent my whole life trying to be what others need—I don’t even know what I need anymore.”
And I reminded them—just like I’ll remind you:
Start small.
Start kind.
But start.
Let this be your first step:
Pick one value that stood out during the session—or from your own reflection.
Then ask yourself:
“What decision can I make this week that honors this value?”
It could be a boundary.
A pause.
A “no.”
Or even a “yes” to something you’ve been putting off for you.
Know this:
You’re not behind. You’re brave.
You’re not late. You’re learning to live awake.
