Scripture for Reflection: “Though the vision tarries, wait for it; it will surely come, it will not delay.” – Habakkuk 2:3 (NKJV)
“Books aren’t just written. They’re birthed. And birth is never painless.” – Dr. Oyindamola Okenla
Let me tell you the truth: Pattern Breaker almost didn’t happen.
There was a day—somewhere between edits, self-doubt, and spiritual warfare—when I stared at my laptop and whispered, “Maybe this doesn’t need to be written.”
I had poured my heart into the pages. Every chapter held fragments of my story, and stories from women who sat in my coaching chair—brave women who had loved hard, lost themselves, and found the courage to break cycles.
But it felt like too much. Too raw. Too real.
Then I remembered a woman I coached last year who said, “I didn’t know I was allowed to choose differently.” That sentence haunted me—in the best way.
Because Pattern Breaker isn’t just a book. It’s permission. It’s a path. It’s a declaration to every woman who’s tired of reliving pain she didn’t cause but still carries.
So I kept going. For her. For you. For every woman who’s ready to heal, rebuild, and rise.
Motivational Nugget: Your healing is someone else's hope. Don’t give up.
Prayer: God, when I want to quit, remind me of the purpose behind my pain. Strengthen me to keep going when the process feels heavy. Thank You for calling me to birth what will bless others.
Affirmation: I am a vessel of transformation. I finish what I start.
What to Do:
Think of one project, dream, or idea you’ve been delaying. Revisit it today. Give it breath again. Your obedience carries someone’s breakthrough.
One More Sleep:
Pattern Breaker: A 31-Day Transformational Coaching Guide and Devotional releases tomorrow, May 16. This is more than a book—it’s your mirror, your journal, your coach, and your breakthrough guide. Be the first to grab it and gift it to another woman ready for a new story.
