There Is An Answer Waiting For You!

I will answer them before they even call to me. While they are still talking about their needs, I will go ahead and answer their prayers!

Isaiah 65:24

Since we entered this month, I have been reflective and passive for any reason I  cannot define. The irony is that the prophetic declaration for the month at Life Encounters Inc is, “I am Walking With Passion.”
The Scriptural base for the prophecy is Romans 12:11, which says

Be enthusiastic to serve the Lord, keeping your passion toward him boiling hot! Radiate with the glow of the Holy Spirit and let him fill you with excitement as you serve him.”

Romans 12:11

Honestly, instead of being enthusiastic or passionate about my work, I have suddenly found myself passive and apathetic. I don’t feel like doing anything, not even writing or posting on any of my social media platforms as usual. My fellowship with God, however, remains unbroken. I’m grateful for that.
It happened when I woke up this morning and on starting with my devotional and quiet time; During the preamble, I found myself praying spontaneously for a specific people that I never met in my life; maybe one of them whose father happened to own a deliverance school I once attended almost like twenty-something years ago. I prayed for them, and suddenly also, I started praying for myself and making utterances not planned for (Romans 8:26)
In the process, I touched on the past, relationships, experiences, and all sorts of stuff. I prayed for people who have hurt me in the past. Finally, in tears, I surrendered myself once again to God, asking  Him to take the “carcasses that are left of me, breathe on it as He did for the dead bones of Ezekiel 37.” And that He should use this dead Oyindamola for His purpose and glory.

My prayers were secured upon the scriptures in Romans 8:28; Genesis 50:20. Remember, all that was spontaneous.

After all the weeping and praying, I decided to commence with my devotional study. The first book I picked was the OPEN HEAVENS, A one-year devotional written by the General Overseer of the largest growing church globally, the Redeemed Christian Church of God. That was another random thing because I usually start with two devotionals written by me – I WALK IN FAVOR and A NOTE TO SELF. I call it a daily pill of favor and self-talk. I opened the Open Heavens and inside; every prayer that I uttered earlier with the same scriptural references.

To me, that was not a coincidence. God, who is the omniscient, knows that this day will happen(Isaiah 46:10) and has already inserted an answer in that devotional for me.
Open Heavens has so many times been prophetic but today was just too apt and direct.
It was a word to words response; the same encouragement I needed this moment.

Why am I writing this? Maybe you are out there, and you are pensive, weary, tired, and discouraged. I want to tell you there is hope for you. Don’t give up. Don’t stop doing good and don’t stop believing and trusting God. Funny, this write-up is also random.

I pray this message will speak to you just as the devotional spoke to me.

“If we could see things the way God does, our lives would be far better. Sometimes, criticism comes because God wants to make you more popular and influential. Some people may even harm you because God wants to promote you”

If you cannot see things from God’s point of view, you may miss the coming blessing. As long as you remain in love with God, you can rest assured that all things are working together for your good. Ephesians 1:3-6 says the purpose of God for your life had been settled before the foundations of the world. All the things you have gone through and people you have met in your life- whether good or bad, are part of the purpose of God for you.”

Pastor E. A. Adeboye

God is working out His purpose for your life. Those who hate you and those who love you are part of the plan. Stay holy, keep trusting Him; your reward is just around the corner.

Pastor E. A. Adeboye

As long as you are still in the will of God, don’t worry; everything around you is working for your good (Romans 8:28).

My prayer for you and I; May we have the grace to continue in the wi and purpose of God. May the fire of the Holy Ghost reignite our passion for our divine purpose, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

And Joseph said to them, Fear not; for am I in the place of God? [Vengeance is His, not mine.] As for you, you thought evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring about that many people should be kept alive, as they are this day. Now therefore, do not be afraid. I will provide for and support you and your little ones. And he comforted them [imparting cheer, hope, strength] and spoke to their hearts [kindly]. Joseph dwelt in Egypt, he and his father’s household. And Joseph lived 110 years. “Genesis 50:19-22

May blessing (praise, laudation, and eulogy) be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah) Who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual (given by the Holy Spirit) blessing in the heavenly realm! Even as [in His love] He chose us [actually picked us out for Himself as His own] in Christ before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy (consecrated and set apart for Him) and blameless in His sight, even above reproach, before Him in love. For He foreordained us (destined us, planned in love for us) to be adopted (revealed) as His own children through Jesus Christ, in accordance with the purpose of His will [because it pleased Him and was His kind intent]– [So that we might be] to the praise and the commendation of His glorious grace (favor and mercy), which He so freely bestowed on us in the Beloved.
Ephesians 1:3‭-‬6 AMPC

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”
